Telkom

One of the Telkom employees bumped my car with the Telkom vehicle a month ago. I was parked outside the Dr's office and when I came out it had a big bump in front. firstly he ran away from the scene. luckily there was witnesses and they took his number plates I managed to trace him. He initially took responsibility for the accident and now we struggling to get a hold of him to get my claim processed. I have called him several times and so has the lady who is assisting with my case she works for African Recovery Solutions. I send his manger several Emails and I have not heard back from him. It has been a nightmare I'm frustrated I want to get my car fixed on top of that they don't have a curtsey car witch means I will be inconvenienced until my car is fixed or will have to carry the expense of hiring a car while I wait for mine to get fixed. Its extremely unfair for me to run after this guy who destroyed my property. His Name is Phillip Elker He works for the Telkom Based in Krugersdorp.
