Telkom

After years of bad service I decided to cancel my contract with Telkom, they have no customer services at all, one never gets through on their customer service line, even after holding the line for 45 min. I have cancelled my contract with them and requested that they put my telephone line in the holdings pool to switch service providers. The cancelled my contract and disconnected my internet after the notice period and failed to put my line into the holdings pool, hence I cannot change my service provider. There is no way to log a complaint at Telkom. I will never do business with Telkom ever again and will inform all my family and friends of their poor customer services
