TELKOM

TELKOM - I have been waiting for my cellphone for 3 weeks after telling me it will arrive two weeks ago, and yet still no phone. This is the worst service I have ever had. The amount for my contract went off my account 2 day after the online order. I have been phoning every day to find out when I will receive my phone and still no one can help me. Every day they have a new excuse. I want to cancel my contract. I will never use TELKOM again. They phone me to give me new deals but can’t even deliver my exciting order.
