Telkom

The phone lines at my business are intermittent. They constantly go on and off throughout the day. Customers are unable to get through to us and this is causing massive issues for my company. I call Telkom twice a day, everyday, and have done so for over 2 months. Their response is that they are "working on it". Or that they are assigning a technician. Yet nothing has been resolved. Absolutely disgusted with their service
