I am really appalled by telkom mobile service. completely upsetting and disgusting. i app**** for a contract 2 weeks ago on a friday and they told me they will revert to me by the following tuesday. No communication was sent to me at all. i had to pick up the fone and call them following up on that i had to wait 27 minutes till one of their agents picked up. firstly they could not pick up my application and said they will escalate it and they said they will revert to me in 24 to 48 hours 48 hours then passed no communication so i had to follow up again in 72 hours and wait an additional 35 minutes for someone to pick up my call. and then said the same thing. 2 weeks has passed and still no communication.

what is this kind of service ? ridiculous
