Three months ago i dis an online application for LTE service Application was approved and i was advised to wait for a call to set a installation date

A month past and no feedback so i call them to find some answers After calling every day for two weeks being on hold for 10 + minutes just to hear there systems are offline

Finally got through to them and thwy somply said that my house is out of reach for LTE but they can offer me ADSL so we did the story from start A nother week pass and still nothing from them called again to see what the problem is just to hear that my house is not comparable with ADSL

By nou i am furious they have sent me invoices and the debit otders has gone off of my account

Went in to a telkom store and the manager took my details and bank statmenst to sort the mess out

Now the debit order has once again gone off of my account and i do not even have ANY TELKOM SERVICE nor will i ever use telkom in any way again!!

Called hundreds of times still no feedback and I have a couple of ref numbers ????

I will make sure everyone knows how useless telkom is!!
