Telkom!!!!

Hi Telkom So I have had the worst experience thus far with Telkom. I waited about 3 weeks after the first payment went off and numerous calls, emails and chats to agents, for a phone to be delivered to me. When it was delivered last Wednesday, it was the wrong colour and I immediately called the contact centre, the agent advised that it would be sorted. Again, I've been calling and messaging and so on and I get pushed around from pillar to post. Now GUYS, for priding yourself on the worlds largest and best network/mobile provider, clearly customer satisfaction or service is not a priority on your list. can this be sorted out urgently.
