So im ****ed and fed up with the service i received from the telkom store in Pinelands, Mutual Park.
The first incident the guy messed up a simswop which i had to wait a week for. The second incident was he gave me the incorrect information for an upgrade I did. Lastly, which im really furious about. Incorrect details were submitted for a new line. This resulted in my application being declined and this affects my credit score. Thanks to the poor service of this consultant I have a mark on my credit record and i am currently being investigated.
It this the disgusting service that telkom promotes?
