Good day
I am very disappointed with Telkom services. I app**** for wifi at my home in April. I called numerous times and was always promised that I would get feedback within the next 3-7 working days. This never happened
Its July now and after wasting a lot of airtime on the call centre I was told that my application was cancelled. I find it very unfair and pathetic of Telkom services to treat thier customers in such an unhelpful manner.
