Telkom :-(
On the 09/07/2018 (Reference number 912083) i reported to Telkom that we have a Telkom Pole situated in our backyard, the pole has however become loose over the years and is hanging on a thread/Wire this is dangerous as it can fall at any time & damage my property, up to this day we have not seen or heard from anybody regarding this issue. Today which is over a month ago i contacted Telkom again to report the same problem & i was told that it will be sent to the manager.. I will hold Telkom fully responsible for any damages caused to my property if this pole happens to fall.
