Telkom
Telkom wants clients and if they get clients, they can't attend to their problems. I have been complaining about the "humming" noise that comes from the drains where they laid their ADSL and Fibre lines. The noise wasn't that hard, but lately it is really loud and the noise actually keeps you up at night. I phoned all their departments and even went to their walk in kiosks, where one of their employees told me:"Mam, you will have endless trouble to get someone to come and check it out, they don't care about that. "So once again Telkom's service is non existing.
