I have a contract with Telkom which is ending this July , I have been paying R99 for the past 24 months because by account is set to zero limit , but to my surprise now I was told that their were usage on my account which I don't understand because its on zero limit , and funny enough I was at the store just the other day and one of their stuff told me that I don't owe anything on the account and even ask if I want to use the sim card on a prepaid method or I want close it total , I said to her she must close it because am about to open a new one . but I got am invoice from Telkom telling me that I must pay R450 which am struggling to understand why .
