Worst service ever!! After 55 mins holding for a Team Leader and still holding.... my line was suspended for R 200.00 !!!! for a mistake on their side !!!! i paid EFT every month, they didn't pick up my payment, then they processed a debit order on a closed account and when it was returned (To no surprise) they charged me over R 200.00!!!
