If i have to type all the problems i have with telkom i would be here typing the whole day.. Yesterday i bought 5 gig data trough fnb got an sms from telkom straight away with a ref number.. Spend the day trying to phone and chat but no luck then i bought an additional 25mb and it went through trying to solve the problem still no luck... My thing is you guys just dont care if you need the services we pay for.... And guess what no one will reply to this to...there are so much ppl struggling with this some lose money over this some miss once in a lifetime experiences cos of this but who cares as long if its not ul... Please prove me rong and fix this

03 Jul 2018, 09:18Still such a struggle to cancel contracts if been calling for so long waisting time money emailed my cancellation letter 2 times still no luck... No call 21days past a long long time... They phone me for an upgrade can see on the system that i cancelled my contracts but keep billing how amazing is that....dont know what one should do. Coz waiting for telkom to phone you as a paying client just dont happen...email me with response.... ********** dont just send an we are sorry pre typed email to say you did read my complaint
