Mrs A vd Westhuizen is a 92 year old widow who stays in Sederhof Retirement Clan William. Her children is far away - Namibia.. Cape Town. She moved from a bachelor flat to a single room IN THE SAME building. The 1st payment was already been made on 6 March 2018. Till today nothing happened and that after several complaints. Her kids can only reach her in office hours... she can't walk to the office...
