I never received such bad service from telkom Wonderpark i bought two contract phone on the 7 of September 2023 and i was promised to come and collect the phone in 3 days . So they called me after 6 days to come and take the phones. Only to find that one phone will give me network connectivity issues. I called them immediately and i was promised matters will be resolved in two day .Since that day even now my phone is not working when i call manager say he will get back to me . Promise after promised i regret the day i walked in to buy the phones.
