My landlyn nou al buitewerking vanaf 10.2.18. Die "friendly agent" chat werk natuurlik ook nie op die Telkom web nie. Elke keer as ek bel, word dit net "escalated" en "somebody will call you". Regtig dit is verregaande. 'n Mens moet betaal vir die diens, maar van hulle kant af kan dit maar sloer solank dit hulle pas. Seker is Telkom finansieël sterk genoeg om die te worry oor my maandelikse fooi nie.
