I recently relocated to a rural part of Mpumalanga from Sandton, Johannesburg. Part of this transition was to transfer my Telkom landline phone and ADSL to my new address. I initially thought that I would battle to no end to get this transfer completed but I am very happy to say that Telkom at Riverside Mall in Nelspruit (Nthabiseng in particular) has been nothing but wonderful in helping me stay connected in an area where there are no Telkom lines and very little connectivity. Unfortunately I was still being billed for an account which I had cancelled but, after a few quick phone calls, Telkom has credited my account and proceeded with the cancellation (thank you to Melissa at the call centre). I have since migrated mine and my daughter's cell phone contracts to Telkom as well, as they have proven that they are serious about client satisfaction. #telkom #greatbusiness #happycustomer #customersatisfaction
