Telkom ? ??

Since October 2017 (it's currently March 2018 ) I have been paying for an 8mb and have been only receiving a 2mb line. Countless times I have called Telkom to resolve this issue , just to be sent around each department relaying completely different information. We were then double billed , phoned again to say we will be credited for 3 months. Only now to have our WiFi cut because we haven't paid ... For a line we dont have. Tired of wasting so much airtime and time talking to each department who can not offer any assistance. They keep saying they will log a dispute , each... And... Every... Time...Such a disconnect with Telkom. They keep saying they need to downgrade us but keep double billing us ? Literally on the phone again now saying THE SAME thing. This is PATHETIC. This is so exhausting... Telkom service is pathetic... Only reason we haven't cancelled is because they owe us since last year.
