I have 3 contracts with telkom in the begining of november i was told my balance is R1100 when i check the voice promt. Then a week later there was a R1500 deducted from my dept account i have with them. When i contacted them they said i owe a R400 still i was stunt because the voice promt said R1100 and a hole R400 was then taken from my account... anyway i paid the R400 last month in december now i owe them over a R3000 which is totally impossible .. my cellphones is all blocked cz of my a payment i ddnt make in november . I paid the amount nd i was told by call centre i mus wait for 7working days i didnt use my phones for 3months almost how can it be possible for thee amount i mentioned above.. i contacted and asked to speak to a manager im still waiting ever since last month i pay my accounts on time bt i couldnt pay november cause i relocated from cape town to eastern cape and where i stay is no signal i only have wifi signal... i reali need your help...kind regards mr Tylin Petersen
