Telkom- ******

Late last year I decided to get a R300 wireless wifi package with Telkom. I then told them I need an unlimited wifi package and they told me I would have to pay more than R300, and would now have to pay R500 for an upgrade. I told them it was fine. To my surprise they gave me the capped packed with the uncapped price. I have been trying to cancel the services because of this *****ulent and *********** behavior. I spoke to a senior person who told me they'll sort it out, this was about 3 months ago! They then told me they cancelled the services. To my surprise they still try to debit my account even though the services were cancelled.

I'm now going to take Legal actions against them because they are trying to force me to pay for something I'm not even getting. They disabled their Sim card a while ago! But they are now forcing me to pay for services I'm not even getting.
