Telkom 20gb is a ****

I am so dissatisfied and disappointed by telkom, we were on a 5GB contract with them for 2 years and it would last us the whole month and some months it will expire with a few gigs left, in 2018 we upgraded to 20GB +20GB deal, what a nightmare, we barely make it to the 15th, this month of July was worse it was finished by the 5th of the month. We aren't streaming and use most of it for whatsapp, on the first it simply said we had used 25gb,i don't even know how. So this deal is a ******* and cant wait for this contract to end so we can look for something better.
