Telkom 2 year cancelation

Telkom is just usless, i have been trying to cancel my cervice for 2 years now and everytime is the same, send cancel letter, forward the all the previous documents that i tried to cancel, my query has been escalated then comes a bunch of reference numbers that they use to just start it all over again next month and i get a bill every month. They even send a email to cancel service because there is fiber in the area but they dont cancel anything and all this had inpacted me by ITC before for not paying a cervice that should have been cancled a long time ago
