Telkom 2 week installation policy!!!

I ordered a Telkom ADSL package the 17/09/2015 and to date the 29/09/2015 no installation as of yet. We recieved a SMS on the 25/09/2015 that they are on their way, and no one picthed up. I was told they will do it Monday 28/09/2015 and still nothing. Is the policy 14 days after you pay a deposit or what is their rules? Telkom has probible had overa million complaints, wish someone would have the guts and start their own phone company, you will get so many unhappy Telkom customers.
