The incident started about a month ago when i queried about my bill emailed telkom and i got called saying that i will be rebated for my bill, today i recieved a sms saying that my service will be suspended , firstly how can telkom charge me for a service i didnt receive 2 nd i upgraded my package but only my profile was upgrade what the hell does that mean sounds to me like you telkom is robbing people by giving bad service
