Telkom 1tb month to month activation issues

I have app**** for the 1tb deal month to month i recieved the sim last week Wednesday and its not active yet, on friday i went to the store they cannot help me on friday i contacted the call centre they said they issued me the wrong sim and i need to provide them with the correct iccid no i did that they told me it will take 24 hours to activate and im still waiting this is really the worst customer experience so far.
