Telkom 1TB Deal - Poor Download Speeds

I have the Telkom 1TB LTE deal which is clearly promoted as no FUP. After using 430GB, the LTE speed has dropped from 45mbs download to 0,8mbs!!! This is going on for the last 8 days. I tried to call and I requested Telkom to call me back but no success. Wish I had never taken this **** deal.
