I'm totally frustrated and disgusted with Telkom, I renewed my 24 months contract with them telephonically, somehow since January 2020 they have been deducting over 1k in a R150.00 monthly contract. This is ridiculous upon enquiring I'm told I exceeded my limit, as per usual why didn't they inform me? There's a reason why I chose the 150 option it is because I cannot afford anything else, deducting 1k throws me off-budget the entire month. Please stop ******** people and stick to the contract they agreed on. Just yesterday ( 29 Feb) I checked my monthly bill on the app it was about R105.00 but suddenly R900 on 1 March deducted??? Yes, by all means, I'd like the difference paid back to me. Mpho Bosman
