First bad experience was during december when they debited before agreement date, then immediately handed over my account without any communication.... now my line is suspended again but they debited month end, i should keep on sending proof of payments to them which takes 7-14 days to be fixed, yho am drained because am paying for something that works only few days a month and i must keep on calling or sending emails in order to get help😪
