Telkom
I went to Telkom shop at the Mall in Potgietersrus (Mokopane). I have never been treated so badly in my life like by the lady Paulinah that has to help you. She does not even listen to your problem. While you busy talking to her she accepts private phone calls on her cell phone. I have tried to explain to her the problem but every time she cuts me of and tell me what to do. Her feed back is not even relevant to my problem but she keeps on talking to me as if I am an idiot. There is no Manager in the shop, But if you read the complaints against this lady I can not believe that Telkom employs such rude people. <br> [URL Removed]<br>
