Telkom 14 day free me bundle that expired in 5days

On Saturday the 3rd of October 2020 i bought airtime to buy a 14 day free me data bundle then when i purchased the 14 day free me data bundle my got an SMS from telkom saying your internet has been paused but just yesterday i had a 188mb left of my free me data bundle and i did not even use all my data and my free me data bundle was supposed to have kept me until the 17th of October 2020 because i only use this data bundle for WhatsApp i feel that telkom has ripped me off
