Telkom

I wrote to the Ceo's office of telkom and requested that i be called regarding a matter. Its been over 2 months since i intiallu raised my query and its been almost a week and still no one has called me. I received a mail however no one has called. Not sure if the mail was just to brush me off. Telkom defintely doesn't follow through. Very disappointing. Next steps.. the ombudsman..
