Telkom 13 is 15
Dear Telkom. If my Invoice states that I have untill 15 March 2019 to settle my account,it means 15, and not SUSPENDING MY SERVICE ON THE 13th. And at a closer look,I made a payment on the 12th March. Please have Telly mercies.
