HI i phoned telkom on 30-09-2019 to close my telkom account which we closed in june 2019 they requested me to pay so we paid and then again they requested us to pay again because so some reason ok fine we even paid that but now when is come to them paying back my deposit they telling me no there is no refund but on the invoice it says credit and telkom dispute department phones me and tell is no credit from my dispute number is *** , telkom is doing a day light *******
