Telkom 10th birthday summer competition is a ****!

The telkom 10th birthday summer competition is a ****. In my home we have three devices that use telkom. I usually use one device most often, so I always buy their voice minutes and then get codes to redeem. Most of the time I never won, I understood because it's a competition, so we can't all win. When I finally won and gave the code to someone to use, the code didn't work, it said enter a valid discount code. So far I have won 3 vouchers for discount (La Vita Spa code, Exact code and Endless holidays code). The La Vita Spa code is the one that is not working, now I'm even scared to use the Exact one because I will do it in store. Imagine the embarrassment of being told your voucher is not working while other people want to pay. I don't even want to talk about the Endless holiday one because I also gave it away. I was okay with not winning instead of being told you have won, only to be given a discount code that is not working. I'm so disappointed with Telkom SA.

Telkom SA why don't you continue with not having winners instead of playing people by making them win discount vouchers that don't work?

What's the point of sending a code that doesn't work?
