Telkom 10Mbps Uncapped Internet R799 billed incorrectly

I have app**** for the above package indicated as R799 / month. The package includes: Up to 10Mbps ADSL, Uncapped internet usage, Landline Rental included, Month-to-Month with no FREE modem. However when I just received my monthly bill, the amount is R1912.35. I have tried phoning 10210 and they have either dropped my called or transferred me between Accounts, Sales & Technical. Can a Telkom rep please reply and explain this invoice to me. This seems to be Telkom's of ripping people off. If you are aware of these problems, why is it not being sorted.
