Telkom 10mb uncapped adsl

I app**** for the account on the 5th of January. The installation was only done 22 January. The internet worked for 1, 5 days. On 25 January I lodged a fault with telkom. 29 January nothing has been done and I phoned Telkom again to follow up and escalated the case. It is 1 February and still nothing.
