Telkom 10GB LTE deal @ R139pm x 24

I purchased the latest 10GB LTE deal at R139 pm x 24, including LTE device. I was misinformed by Telkom whick said that I will be able to top up with LTE/LTE-A day-night data bundles. I received my sim card and discovered that I am unable to top up with this cheap data bundles, and the available topup bundles for this package is rediculously expensive.

I subsequently requested an upgrade to the 40GB+40GB package which allows further LTE/LTE-A topups, but Telkom's system does not allow this upgrade despite of the small print Ts&Cs on the Telkom website which states that upgrades are allowed at any time. I was told I have to wait 6 months before I can upgrade, which contradicts the Ts&Cs documentation for this deal. I feel that I have been misinformed TWICE about this product. Be careful if you consider this 10GB LTE deal @ R139 per month.
