<p>it is now 3 weeks without a telephone line. I have been calling Telkom only to be told the matter is escallated. The service is pathetic. I have a family and a telephone line is necessary. Our complaints are falling on deaf ears. No communication from them. It as become an added expense for us without a telephone line</p>
