<p>This is the most useless company I ever had to work with. Firstly my lines got deactivated, telephone & adsl without my knowledge. More then a week after it got deactivated eventually I got somewhere. My adsl line & part of telephone line is active again, at least now I can use internet and receive calls. WHHOOOPPPPEEEEE!!!!! Another week goes pass and I still can't make any outgoing calls. Contact the call centre millions of times, no help. Chatting on the website, no help, chatting on Facebook, no help. I use my own money & data to phone and have to sit on the phone with a operator that can't give me any details. Sending complaints to Head Office doesn't help either. What the hell should I do to get this resolved. You guys are pathetic to say the least. You are quick to ask for your money if you owe anything, but when you need help with something absolutely nothing gets done from your side. </p>
