<p>I app**** at the branch almost a month ago and last weeke when i called i was told that they would get stock on Wednesday. When i called on wednesday, the staff seemed unsure what was going on and no one is able to assist me and tell me exactly what is going on. When you call to the branch no one answers and you have to call a few times or try the following day and no one contacts you to give you an update.</p>
I must say that I am highly disappointed with Telkom and their inability to follow through or provide the level of customer service required. More that a month and still nothing. I use to praise the company but completely let down
