<p>2 weeks ago i contacted telkom to change my wireless connection to a telkom line wth my new address . The agent i spoke to told me between 4-7 days to install n gve me an order no .Ive contacted telkom 5 times after not hearing from them in 2 weeks . I spoke to 5 different people n everytime i called they had the wrong address every agent told me thy chnging the details of address but hasnt been changed . The gentle man i spoke to today told me a telkom line cannot be done at my premises at the moment i then asked him how cme cause there was a telkom line here wth the previouse owners i then asked him whats the address he has and gve me the address which i had chnged wth 4 other agents previously n they obviously didnt chnge the address he then told me his chnging the details but know i will have to wait another 4-7 days before they come out n check the cables telkom a big disappointment</p>
