Telkom

<p>I don't understand Telkom , i made a manual payment of 589 on 14October 2016 , they they debited the amount on the 26 same month since from then i have been calling , e-mailing about my money and no has ever able to assist me and they will all give me different stories about my money ,some will tell me it's reflecting and some of them will telll them me it does not show , i must send the proof of payments and I would do and they will never get back to me today i phoned today and they telling me that the case was closed without communicating with me and refunding my money , i am so angry and i just want my money from Telkom and i will cancel everything with them even my family and friends will cancel everything that has to do with Telkom because they are robbing me </p>
