<p>Dear Telkom Employee - ARE YOU THE ONE THAT CAN MAKE A DIFFERENCE?</p> <p> </p> <p>We sent our first cancellation e-mail request in Oct 2016 and since then have sent about four additional e-mail requests. Everytime we receive a response saying "service consultant will contact you within 21 business days to verify the information provided and/or confirm cancellation/retention options available." </p> <p> </p> <p>We have even visited a Telkom branch directly after the second cancellation request sent and they just put us through th same procedure of emailing our request. To no avail our lines are still not cancelled and it seems to be an ongoing hamster wheel attemp, going in circles. </p> <p> </p> <p>One can see by the complaints on Hellopeter that there are many who are frustrated. I find myself in a position where just another "poor service" comment seem of no use an purpose. </p> <p> </p> <p>I am reaching out to someone that has either worked for Telkom or currently working in Telkom. If you know the systems and procedures of Telkom and feel in your heart you can make a difference but don't know hou........this is my attemp to ask you take the first step in faith........start getting a team together who you know has the same vision in making Telkom a great company.......and be a team who believe you can make a great difference in an organization that everyone says is hopless.</p> <p> </p> <p>It takes one person to believe in a dream to encourage others to believe in the same dream.</p> <p> </p> <p>Telkom is an organization that touches so many lives directly and indirectly everyday. </p> <p> </p> <p>You might think your role is insignificant currently but if you don't start taking a chance in believing you CAN make a difference then you will always just except circumstances and never know what is beyond the normal. Being brave is not to be without fear. It is moving while being scared. </p> <p> </p> <p>Complaining unfortunately does not get productive results.....Telkom can be turned into an organization carrying so many labels of being a bad company into an organization to be proud to work for!</p> <p> </p> <p>I am taking a leap of faith, believing in my heart the right person will read this. The one who has in his/her heart the ability to make a difference but just need encouragement to give the first step. This is your encouragement. So...Take the first step!</p> <p> </p> <p>Thank you for taking the time to read this.
