<p>telkom services sucks bigtime, no updates about how they can help you with a alternative solution seeing that the cables were ****** and its been 2 months now, i called and talked to a consultant and she tells me they can see with what package they can help me with, what about the package i'm having at the moment? so basicly what she tells me is, if i can't get a uncapped package i must settle for what they give me and at the moment i have a uncapped package.........bad service</p>

We so sorry for this. I am not sure what was offered to you buy what i can suggest you do is.
1 Downgrade your uncapped account to 100 or 200GB or what ever, depending on your usage. Remember with capped account you get unlimited night surfer every month.
2 Go to any Telkom shop and ask for an integrated sim card (Its free off charge) - This will allow you to use your Telkom Internet Data (account that you degraded to) via a 3G/LTE network.
3 Ask for your land line to be converted to WCDMA or FFLA with no data
Please consider this solution and check the costs, you will be saving a lot of money.
