Telkom

On Friday 20th I visited the Telkom store in Baywest to enquire about whether i should upgrade to their R799 package deal, which I have been trying to do for 3 month's, (see previous review) or wait for them to correct them to fix the speed problem. The Telkom employee was very helpful and assured me that he would send out a technician to resolve /find the prolem.

On saturday, two "telkom employees" came. The two "technicians" who wore nothing to identify them as Telkom employees. Their vehicle had no Signage. Is this the norm? Should I trust any two men claiming that they are from Telkom? The isssue with the Wi-Fi still has not been resolved. The "technicians" told me that fixing the line was beyond their capability. They wanted to replace the modum without having even tested it.

On behalf of my boss

Regards

Storm
