Telkom

<p>I have reported a fault with Telkom more than a month ago and I am still not getting any response. Due to bad weather, Telkom lines were damaged and are lying on the ground. We are driving over those lines every single day. In addition, the Telkom pole has been damaged. I have reported this problem and asked that it be fixed but am simply not getting any response from Telkom. When I follow-up with the reference number I was given, I am told that the problem was referred to a technician. I phoned yet again today to follow-up and was told that my reference number does not appear on the system. If I can avoid making using of Telkom's service in the future I will. I will also discourage anyone else from makeing use of Telkom's service.</p>
