<p>when I app**** for a new line to be installed it took them almost 3 months after a huge amount of begging and pleading!! Now I have moved residents and went to Telkom guess what, it's been a month now and still no line... sure this will take them ages to sort out. After calling there helpline and going back to store there is still no end in sight!!!!!</p> <p> </p> <p>wish I had an alternative company to go through but they hold the marked and know it. It's the reason they can be so useless and get away with it.</p>
