Telkom

<p>Telkom is a total disgrace.<br />I ordered an internet line at home and was told via telephone that a technician would be at my home between 7:30 and 12 on tuesday morning. My mother in law waited and nobody arrived. After an hour on hold i spoke with a manager who assured me the technician would be there but it was an all day appointment. WELL WE WAITED and no technician. <br />Now on Thursday morning a technician calls me to make sure im available and tells me he only got the job order Thursday morning.<br />So we waited when nobody was coming and your staff did nothing but make EMPTY PROMISES.<br />I am appalled but not surprised by your total lack of competence.<br />NEVER AGAIN</p>
