Telkom
<p>I have moved my business premises 2 months ago. I called telkom before the move to arrange that I have my line moved. </p> <p>Till today not 1 person from telkom contacted me to arrange a date for my line move. I have called customer care many times and all they have to say is that it was not sent to the correct department. What kind of service is this? I am loosing business every single day because my number rings but I obviously cannot answer it on my side!!!! This service is absolutely ridiculous and unsatisfactory. </p> <p>How can it possibly take so long to move my line? Are you willing to compensate me for all the clients and income I am loosing due to your Negligence Telkom???? </p>

I received 1 email saying my number was incorrect, nothing more.
Yet I am still receiving bills from Telkom.
And nobody is interested in moving the line!!!!!
How hard can it be.
Your service towards fellow businesses is disgraceful.
Telkom does not care about he inconvenience and losses incurred due to their neglicence and 'NO CARE' attitude.
I would like to request that you s**** the line and dont bother moving it because I do not want to be part of Telkom.
SO cancel the line & dont dare charge me for the outstanding months as there was NO activity on that line..... and you know why!!!
